    We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Account Manager for our Atlanta, GA office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform job functions timely and efficiently.
    • Possess a thorough understanding of landscape maintenance principles and irrigation techniques.
    • Has a complete understanding of the site design concept and works closely with the client’s onsite representatives to continue the owner’s public presentation desires.
    • Conduct monthly walk-thru with clients to ensure quality control; identify and document any/all discrepancies; ensures any/all discrepancies are 100% resolved.
    • Continual interface with clients to ensure all their expectations are met.
    • Delegate daily assignments to laborers and Supervisors. Provide direction and onsite coordination as needed to maintain highest levels of productivity and to complete the job within labor budget.
    • Oversee and review irrigated lines and fertilizer/chemical applications.
    • Assure compliance and adherence with plans and owner’s concept.
    • Provide safety PPE and equipment to the crews.
    • Assure the proper maintenance of all assigned vehicles, equipment and tools in proper working condition and keep them clean and presentable.

  • Operations Manager - Construction | Charleston, SC

    Baytree Landscape currently seeking an Operations Manager in our installation division for our Charleston, SC office. Our Operation Managers play a vital, important roll with in the company. This is an essential, long term career position. Ideal candidates must have a landscape industry background, with a desire to grow and progress within the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and direct all operations of construction branch
    • Directly oversee all Superintendents
    • Work in conjunction with the Branch Manager on Job Start-ups with Business Development, Project Managers and Superintendents to Pre-plan all jobs with detailed schedule of all phases of the project
    • Review with Project Manager and Superintendent the cost estimates prior to starting the project for accuracy and to make sure that you have all information necessary to complete a successful project
    • Assist Branch Manager in managing P&L for landscape and hardscape installation projects, per superintendent
    • Promote maintenance contracts with customers on existing construction projects
    • Deliver timely and accurate reports and financials to owner and Branch Manager
    • Work with team members on proper billing and A/R weekly
    • Ensure that the landscape construction division operates in a safe, cost-effective manner, maximize operational efficiency and look to improve processes at all times.
    • Run weekly schedule meeting, ensuring proper allocation of resources and manage weekly labor needs
    • Watch and follow up on all change order requests to our clients
    • Oversee that proper safety PPE and equipment to all crews be used at all times
    • Work with the Purchase Manager with buyout of all material
      Professionally represent Baytree with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Vendors and other agencies at all times
    • Lead by example to create mutual respect and build effective working relationships with customers, vendors and all Baytree Team members
       

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the landscape industry managing operations
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or green industry work experience
    • Excellent time management skills, highly motivated, detailed-oriented, and great organizational skills
    • Valid Driver’s License
